I’ve spent 20 years in market research, ad-tech and operations. My job is to lead teams to greater efficiency so that customers extract more value and companies make more money. In my experience, differentiating through operational excellence can help propel long term success.

Getting there is a journey and I’ve walked, and in some cases, run on that path.

I’m an experienced operations director with a proven track record in developing, producing and launching successful multi-platform editorial projects in New York and London. My previous work at consumer-based brands such as ELLE and Cosmopolitan and at business-to-business publications included the management of various-sized teams, generating start-up workflows and budgets as well as revisiting and improving old templates.

Efficient operations are the backbone of success for any business. I’ve seen both sides.

There is little doubt that the past year has presented at least one how-am-I-going-to-do-this moment for every business worldwide. Whether caused by the pandemic, or another source, the challenges have made it clear that big changes are happening.

We understand that saving money while making money is key. Between shrinking budgets, team cuts, or the need to reorganize immediately — we were personally affected by it, too. But from the hardships a bright idea was born!

Pooling our knowledge and experience to create OnDemand Operations came as naturally as you would expect for two sisters in similar places in our careers, over a cup of coffee at the kitchen table.
